Career Advice & Job Search

Once students finish GCSE, they should start thinking about their future careers, as this affects their A level subject choice and thus university subject choice and therefore career prospects. This is even more so for apprentices and college students.

So we like to help with this as early as we can. Not only do we mix in the career element in students' course application process, we work with a team of career coaches to help our students improve their employability skills such as interview skills and find job vacancies.

With constant changing visa policies for international, it is important that we bear in mind what our students really need before they start looking for a job. We try to provide a wide range of career routes for our students to choose from, including setting up a business on a Startup visa, finding a sponsor for an Innovator visa and looking for employment with companies that have temporary and long term sponsorship licenses.
